Return & Refund Policy
At This Little Piggy Ultrasound & Boutique, we want you to love every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- Unwashed
- In their original condition
- With all original tags attached
- In the original packaging, when applicable
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items that have been washed, worn, altered, or damaged after delivery
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the item and packaging
We'll work quickly to replace the item or issue an appropriate refund.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item), we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges
If you'd like a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order after your return has been approved and processed.
Order Cancellations
Orders are processed quickly. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.
